    In 2015 to 2016, I undertook the Qualified Professional Route to Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) Qualification, London, UK. This qualification involved a successful pass in three research thesis papers: 
    • "The Formalities for a Valid Will under the Wills Act 1837 and the Test for Testamentary Capacity in Banks v Goodfellow (1870) in the Light of the Twelfth Programme of Law Reform of the Law Commission of England & Wales"
    • "The Filings Required by Trustees of Certain Family Trusts to Comply with the US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (“FATCA”) Reporting Rules Implemented in the UK"
    • "The Structuring of Acquisitions by Overseas Individuals of High Net Value (£2m plus) UK Residential Properties in the Light of the Finance Acts 2012 and 2013"

In 2010, I completed the LL.M. in Professional Legal Practice. This involved successfully passing two research papers:

    • "Convertible Bond Issues by Private Companies formed under UK Companies Act 2006"
    • “Share Buybacks under the UK Companies Act 2006: Case Law Overview”

In 2006 to 2008, I studied and completed with Commendation the part-time weekend Legal Practice Course. In addition to the compulsory modules, I chose the City LPC and completed the following electives:

In 2001 to 2002, I studied and completed the full time Diploma in Law. In addition to the eight heads of English law, I wrote the thesis:

    • "Minority Interests under the Rule in Foss v Harbottle and Proposals for Reform"
